Old shingles were removed down to the plywood; the ice and water shield were installed and the synthetic underlayment. Next, the rest of the roof was prepped for synthetic felt installation. New architectural Owens Corning shingles were installed afterward. Finally, the new ridge vents have been installed for attic ventilation, and the area was cleaned like we were never there.

Church Roof Replacement

We want to show the roof replacement on a commercial building that belongs to a church; we tore off the old tar and gravel roof and then installed a new underlay ISO board and TPO. The after image shows where our professional roofers lay down the white TPO membrane and began the finalizing process of the new TPO roof system.

Believe it or not, this is a residential home where a custom roof system made of copper was installed on a cupola; an ice and water shield was installed, and then new copper panels were installed to give it a unique and elegant look.
Porch Metal Roof Replacement

All the rotten plywood was removed, and new plywood was installed. New synthetic felt underlayment was installed to protect the new plywood for the new standing seam metal panels. Finally, a new metal roof was installed to resolve the leaking. The customer was also worried about the wood being rotten again, so we removed the existing metal, replaced the rotten plywood, and protected it with synthetic felt.
Sunroom Roof Replacement

The old EPDM membrane roof under a wood decking over a house sunroom was replaced by removing the top and began installing the wood. First, the seams and the gaps of the plywood sheets were sealed to avoid air which could cause bubbles on the new membrane, then the plywood and the sealant were sanded to give a smooth surface. After everything was adequately sanded, we began the installation of a new DEC TEC membrane over the sunroom, which can be used as a deck patio once again.
Gazebo and Shed Metal roof Replacement

A gazebo and shed roof had an original plank board for a roof. It was replaced with CDX plywood over the top of the original roof to make a smooth surface for new standing seam metal panels. High-temperature, ice, and water underlayment were also installed for protection. Then finally, the standing seam metal was installed on the gazebo and shed. The standing seam metal pattern makes a good combination with the wooden walls.
Shingle to Metal Roof Replacement on House

A residential house originally had a shingle roof, and we are replacing it with new standing seam metal panels. The shingles were torn off entirely. We installed synthetic felt underlayment to protect the wood before the metal panels were installed. Once finished, the house had a great fresh look and will be protected for years to come.
